Personal Observations:
Today was the last day in Asian Cuisine. Every student had to make every thing on the menu in the time frame given. Every thing turned out beautifully and I am happy to say that through many and many trial and errors i am now able to perfect rice. This class has inspired me to try new and unfamiliar ingredients in my cooking and i am proud to say that i now make a lot more asian dishes in my home because of this class.
